Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services offered by Auto Networx Services L.L.C ("Auto Networx", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) under license number 1491765.
By accessing our website and/or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies.
2. Definitions
- "User", "Customer", or "You": any person accessing our website or using our services.
- "Service Provider": any third party automotive service entity partnering with Auto Networx.
3. Service Booking & Consultation
Customers may book services via WhatsApp, phone, or our online booking system. Booking confirmation details, including service date, time, and location, will be provided electronically via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Customers must ensure accuracy in provided contact details to receive booking confirmation without delay.
A consultation fee of AED 300 shall apply for inspections or assessments conducted at third party garages. Additionally, a service fee of AED 100 will apply for each scheduled booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Refunds are subject to approval in accordance with service cancellation policies. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method, less any applicable administrative fees. In the event of a last minute cancellation by the Client (defined as less than 24 hours notice), the Client shall be liable to pay a non refundable administrative fee of AED 400.
5. Liability & Warranty
Mechanical repairs and maintenance: Auto Networx acts solely as an intermediary between customers and partnering service providers. Liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from mechanical repairs, maintenance services, or paint jobs rests exclusively with the partnering service provider performing the work. Auto Networx expressly disclaims any and all liability, responsibility, or obligation for any damages, losses, claims, or incidents arising out of or related to the services provided by the partnering service providers.
Car storage services: Auto Networx provides car storage solutions through facilities that are owned, operated, and managed by independent third parties. Auto Networx does not own, control, or supervise these storage facilities and, accordingly, is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft incurred to vehicles during storage. Responsibility for such damages or losses is governed solely by the insurance policies and terms of the third party storage facility.
Vehicle recovery services: in the event that a vehicle is transported using a recovery service arranged through Auto Networx, all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising during transportation shall rest solely and exclusively with the recovery service provider.
Customers must report any service issues or damages within 48 hours of service completion to allow Auto Networx to facilitate resolution with the responsible party.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, images, and written materials (collectively, the "Content") are the sole and exclusive property of Auto Networx and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or commercial exploitation of the Content, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of Auto Networx, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Marketing communications shall only be disseminated to recipients for whom lawful consent has been properly obtained, in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
7. Payments
All payments must be processed securely via recognized and reputable payment gateways, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Square, or other approved platforms that comply with applicable security standards and regulations.
Payment details, including service charges and associated fees, will be transparently communicated to users and confirmed before booking finalization.
Full payment is required before service commencement unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Privacy
Auto Networx respects your privacy and strictly complies with all applicable UAE data protection laws and regulations. Collected data is used exclusively for service delivery, customer communications, and internal improvements.
We never share your personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law. Detailed data protection practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are exclusively governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically Federal Law No. (5) of 1985 on Civil Transactions and Federal Law No. (2) of 2015 on Commercial Companies, including amendments applicable within the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
10. Amendments
Auto Networx reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Updates will be posted on our website and customers will be notified of major changes via email or banner announcements.
11. Disclaimer
Auto Networx endeavors to maintain a high standard of service quality; however, it expressly disclaims any and all liability for technical, operational, or other faults, deficiencies, or interruptions arising from services provided by third party providers. Customers acknowledge and agree that any such risks are borne solely by the third party providers, and Auto Networx shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Networx, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees, arising from misuse of our services or violations of these Terms.
13. Force Majeure
Auto Networx shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, governmental actions or regulations, labor disputes, pandemics, wars, terrorism, cyber attacks, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or other unforeseeable events or circumstances (collectively, "Force Majeure Events"). In such cases, Auto Networx obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
